Lozen Tech Park

Lozen Tech Park is a high-technology park - the next large-scale project of the Lindner Group in Bulgaria, after the already successfully completed Residential Park Lozen, Residential Park Sofia and Business Park Sofia projects. With Lozen Tech Park the German investor aims to build, manage and develop a science and technology park, and also to create a favorable business environment for the advancement of economic, research and development activities. The project is already in the process of certification for a priority investment project. Memorandums of cooperation have already been signed with the University of National and World Economy (UNWE), the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy (UACEG) as well as with the Technical University (TU) - Sofia. Lindner also plans to expand its team of R&D engineers in Bulgaria and be among the first companies working in the research field at Lozen Tech Park.

Phase 1 is already under construction, and it is an investment of around 20 million BGN.
