Residential Complex, Phase II

Phase II of Residential Park Sofia is an extension of the existing residential complex. It has 6 multifamily houses with 36 apartments and 19 single family houses. Phase 2 was put into exploitation at the end of 2016.

All residential units have already found their new owners. With increasing demand, the project team of Lindner Immobilien Management has already started the development of Phase 3, which will fully complete the whole project Residential Park Sofia.

General contractor of Phase II of Residential Park Sofia is Lindner Bulgaria EOOD. The architecture was developed by the Architecture Studio Skica and Steven Leach Associates Bulgaria.

2017 Phase 2 of Residential Park Sofia received the award in the category "Residential complexes with multifamily houses” of the national competition "Building of the year 2017".
