Residential Complex, Phase III B

Phase 3B of Residential Park Sofia was put into exploitation at the end of 2020 and complements the residential complex with 7 more single-family and 8 multifamily residential buildings, consisting of 7 to 10 apartments, including maisonettes.

General contractor of Phase 3A of Residential Park Sofia is Lindner Bulgaria EOOD and the designers are Architecture Studio „Skica“ ЕООD and „Markan Project“ OOD.
