Smart apartment at residential building “Panorama Sofia”
An integrated management system of ABB i-bus® KNX – system installed in “smart” apartment in residential building “Panorama Sofia”. The system allows integrated control to all installations and interoperability of their functions.

ABB’s state-of-the-art KNX system installed in “Panorama Sofia” building is using modern energy efficient LED lights, which can be switched on or off automatically, depending on the individual preferences and schedule. The temperature in the room and other practical functions can be controlled remotely from anywhere around the world.
Dimming the lights, closing the blinds or adjusting the temperature are only part of the features accessible from resident’s smart devices. For user convenience, unexpected guests at the door or breakdown alarms pop up automatically on the screen. When leaving the apartment only one button will turn the lights off, switch the heating to eco mode and power down the non-important consumptions.
ABB’s i-bus® KNX comes along with highly advanced safety features such as gas, flood and smoke detectors which automatically stop the feed in case of leakage and alarm the owners right away.
